Mild Stress Incontinence

A 38 year old woman began to experience stress incontinence (leaking with coughing and running) after she had her first baby. She had a pelvic exam by her doctor and her urine was tested for infection. No infection was found and her pelvic exam was normal. The doctor prescribed Kegel's exercises, up to 100 contractions per day. After two months of regular Kegel's exercises the stress incontinence stopped.
